We are part of the East Caribbean Conference of Seventh-day Adventist. Our congregation is located in the parish of St. George on the beautiful island of Barbados. It is always a pleasure to welcome vistors from near and far to fellowship with our church family. Meet our Pastor

 

 

 

Pastor Sheldon Brome was born on February 16, 1971 to Mr & Mrs. Dalrymple Brome and grew up in Sutherland Hill St Lucy. He attended Half Moon Fort Primary, Coleridge and Parry, and Barbados Community Colllege before doing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of the West Indies - Cave Hill Campus. He became a third generation SDA when Pastor Irwin Phillips baptized him on April 6, 1986.

While teaching at the Barbados SDA Secondary School and corrrecting CXC papers, he accepted the call to the Ministry and went to the Caribbean Union College (CUC), now University of the Southern Caribbean (USC) in september 1998 and graduated with a B.A in Theology with honours in 2001. That same year he commenced his ministry in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. He is married to the lovely Sis. Jermaine Brome, daughter of Mr & Mrs Cordice of Sandy bay St. Vincent. Table tennis and cricket are some of the activities he enjoys.

He served in St. Vincent and the Grenadines for over seven years and was the co-anchor of the weekly television SDA programme called 'In Touch'. He returned to Barbados in 2008 and continued to serve God and His Remnant Church.

Pastor Sheldon Brome is an ordained minister who loves the Lord tremendously and has led hundreds to Christ and His baptism. He solicits your prayers for him and his family as they do God's will in this part of the vineyard to facilitate the salvation of souls.
